This easy basil chimichurri recipe is a fun twist on the classic herb-based condiment that originates from Argentina and Uruguay. This recipe is made in one blender and is ready in under 5 minutes.
By Hand (My Preferred Method)
5 Mince the garlic and red onion, and finely chop the herbs. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
6 Whisk until the olive oil and red wine vinegar are emulsified. Taste the chimichurri for seasoning. Add more salt if needed.
1 Serve immediately and enjoy!
