Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte

Using a fine mesh strainer, sift the matcha powder into a bowl.
Add warm/hot, but not boiling, water to the bowl and whisk quickly in a "W" shape using a matcha whisk until the matcha powder has fully dissolved and a watery paste with many tiny bubbles on the surface has formed.
Add the maple syrup to the matcha and stir with the whisk until combined. Feel free to chill the matcha mixture in the fridge or freeze for 5-10 minutes, but since you'll be pouring it over ice, you don't have to.
To a glass, add as much ice as you'd like and add the non-dairy milks. Pour the matcha into the glass, add a dash of cinnamon, and stir with a spoon or straw to combine. Enjoy!
