MAPLE BALSAMIC BRUSSEL SPROUTS 🤩 now I know I posted brussel sprouts a little while ago BUT those were your basic, everyday sprouts. THESE on the other hand, are the perfect thanksgiving side!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper. Cut the ends off the brussel sprouts, then cut in half. Toss in 1 tbsp of olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper (just a few shakes)! Lay the Brussel sprouts cut side up on the baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until browned and tender. Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, add maple syrup and balsamic vinegar & bring to a boil, then reduce to low medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes until a glaze is formed (dip a spoon in, if a nice layer stays on the back, it should be good to go!). Remove brussel sprouts from oven, add to a bowl, pour the glaze on top and toss to combine. Top with cranberries, pecans, and feta. These are also great without any toppings at all! ENJOY 🤩
