MISO SOUP 🍜 along with some other staple apps 🤤 this recipe was actually requested by a few of you, so I hope you love it!!! Ingredients: - 5 cups water - 1/4 cup wakame dried seaweed, rehydrated (I got this at Whole Foods, right next to the noir sheets, wasabi, etc) - half a block of silken tofu, cubed - 2.5 tbsp of tamari or soy sauce - 4 tbsp of @misomaster white miso paste - 1/4 cup chopped scallions Instructions: - add wakame to a bowl with warm water and let rehydrate for a few minutes - in a pot, bring the 5 cups of water to a boil. Add tofu and soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes. - squeeze out the excess water from the wakame and add to pot, cook for an additional two minutes. - remove the pot from heat and whisk in the miso paste. To make it as smooth as possible, I put the miso paste into a tight mesh strainer, placed in the pot in the water, and whisked it in the strainer until it was all in the soup. - put back on heat and let simmer for 2 minutes. Add scallions and serve immediately. ENJOY 🤗
