Preheat the oven to 450° F. Coat the chopped cauliflower in oil and seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Pour onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cauliflower are crispy and golden brown. Toss the cauliflower in BBQ sauce and start filling your tacos! Spread sour cream across your tortillas, then top it with the BBQ coated cauliflower, red cabbage, corn, jalapeños, and avocado. ENJOY! ♥️
